Axians Portugal is seeking a Client Workspace Manager to define strategy, governance and operations for endpoint lifecycle services across clients. You will drive business continuity, operational excellence and align workspace services with global requirements.

You will own Intune and client lifecycle operations, manage compliance and licensing, coordinate offshore teams and MSPs, and lead service reviews to ensure SLAs and IT governance are met.

Qualificações

• Experience leading endpoint management in large enterprises.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with SCCM is a plus.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration and IT governance practices.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own Intune and client lifecycle operations (imaging, patching, updating, decommissioning).
• Manage endpoint compliance and security baselines ensuring auditing standards.
• Define and maintain standard client images and application packages across platforms.
• Manage policies, configurations and phased rollout for apps and devices.
• Coordinate offshore teams and MSPs, and lead service review meetings.
• Ensure licensing alignment with business requirements, cost optimization, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate user identity and device mappings; de-provisioning processes.
