Axians Portugal is seeking a Client Workspace Manager to define strategy, governance and operations for endpoint lifecycle services across clients. You will drive business continuity, operational excellence and align workspace services with global requirements.

You will own Intune and client lifecycle operations, manage compliance and licensing, coordinate offshore teams and MSPs, and lead service reviews to ensure SLAs and IT governance are met.

Qualificações

• Experience leading endpoint management in large enterprises.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with SCCM is a plus.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration and IT governance practices.
• Fluent English communication.

Client Workspace Manager

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Client Workspace Manager responsible for defining the strategy, governance, and operational management of endpoint lifecycle services. You will play a key role in maintaining business continuity, driving operational excellence, and aligning client workspace services with global business requirements.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Own Intune and client lifecycle operations (imaging, patching and updating, decommissioning).
• Manage endpoint compliance and security baselines ensuring auditing standards.
• Define and maintain standard client images and application packages across supported platforms (UAT, Production, Updating and Retirement).
• Manage policies, configurations and phased rollouts for applications and devices, using defined change windows and pilot groups to minimize risk.
• Align software licensing and entitlements with cost eficiency and compliance requirements.
• Maintain clean identity-to-device mappings and timely de-provisioning.
• Integrate with ServiceNow (catalog entries, request flows, L1/L2 runbooks, and incident/MI playbooks).
• Ensure licensing aligns with business requirements, cost optimization, and compliance objectives.
• Maintain accurate user identity and device associations.
• Ensure proper de-provisioning processes are implemented and followed.
• Coordinate offshore teams, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Lead regular service review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, standards, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Your Key Skills

• Experience directing offshore teams and carriers/MSPs via SLAs/KPIs and cost-aware license management.
• Proven experience managing client devices and applications, including secure baseline configuration, configuration profiles and staged rollout management.
• Strong in automation for policy, device, Image & Application orchestration.
• Intune/Autopilot and Conditional Access policies expertise.
• Proactive, platform-oriented mindset to problem-solving (reusable configs, self-service, automation).

Your Main Qualifications

• Proven experience in endpoint management and client workplace services within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with endpoint compliance, security baselines, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with software licensing management, cost optimization, and compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration and operational processes is highly valued.
• Experience with SCCM is considered a plus.
• xperience with Linux Endpoint Management solutions such as JumpCloud, NinjaOne, Fleet MDM, or similar is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
