Kyndryl Lisbon HQ is seeking a senior Account Manager to drive growth across strategic clients. You will own account P&L, shape multi-year plans, and ensure delivery excellence with cross-functional teams.

You will build executive-level partnerships, expand capabilities with partners, and push renewals while identifying new opportunities to increase profitability. Hybrid work model in Portugal is offered.

Qualificações

• Experience running account P&L and managing large accounts.
• Strong understanding of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
• Experience managing the sales process end-to-end from prospecting to closing.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, cost management, profitability, trends and risks.
• Empathetic, open-minded approach in relationships with customers.
