Zusammenfassung

Airbus Portugal SA is looking for an Export Control Procurement Specialist to join our GBS and ensure procurement activities comply with export control laws. The role emphasizes strategic digital transformation, UAT coordination, and cross-border stakeholder engagement.

You will interpret evolving regulations (ITAR/EAR, European regimes), advise procurement teams, design training, and support tool deployment while driving continuous improvement of export control processes across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in business or law with business experience or equivalent.
• Experience in Export Control Compliance or Procurement activities is highly valued.
• Knowledge of export control laws (Dual-use / Military) is a plus.
• Project management and change management experience is appreciated.

Aufgaben

• Interpret evolutions in export control laws and support implementation in Procurement.
• Provide hands-on support and operational guidance to procurement teams.
• Design and deliver training sessions and compliance surveys.
• Drive tool implementation, UATs, and ongoing digital transformation for Procurement Export Control.
• Act as primary bridge between stakeholders; provide regular status updates.
• Define and enforce end-to-end export control processes to optimize security.
• Monitor performance and align with Airbus directives and digital tools.
• Monitor and update the list of products and docs subject to export restrictions.
