Responsibilities

• Calendar & Time Management: Expertly manage a demanding calendar across multiple time zones, balancing priorities and anticipating needs
• Travel Coordination: Plan and oversee complex international and domestic travel, ensuring seamless logistics and minimal disruption
• Meeting & Communication Support: Prepare materials, briefings, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail and tone
• Project & Team Support: Provide organisational and administrative support for key projects, not only for the CPO but across the wider Product team
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across global teams, acting as a connector and facilitator for efficient communication and alignment
• Operational Efficiency: Anticipate challenges, streamline processes, and identify opportunities to make the CPO and Product function operate more effectively
• Event Management: Coordinate logistics and materials for key internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, and team events
• Team Partnership: Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide mutual support and maintain alignment across the Global Leadership Team
