Job summary

Hovione in Loures, Portugal, seeks a Senior Utilities Engineering Manager to lead the utilities function, delivering safe, reliable services for pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will oversee asset management, CAPEX programs, and sustainability initiatives while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong GMP/cGMP knowledge with经验 in validation and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the site utilities function and ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Lead long-term utilities, asset management and infrastructure strategies to support manufacturing.
• Build and develop a high-performing utilities organization with accountability and learning.
• Partner with Site Leadership, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS to drive cross-functional alignment and improvements.
