Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, digital transformation delivery, AI/data product delivery, or related fields.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders on complex, ambiguous, high-stakes topics.
• Strong understanding of how digital and AI initiatives move from idea to implementation and business impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead structured discussions with senior stakeholders on AI, digital, software, and product opportunities.
• Review opportunity materials and help define objectives, delivery approach, success measures, and risks.
• Identify delivery, governance, adoption, and value-realization considerations early.
• Coordinate input from commercial, technical, product, data, legal, finance, and delivery specialists.
• Translate complex discussions into clear recommendations, decisions, and next steps for executives.
• Support teams in shaping practical, deliverable client commitments.
• Help teams pressure-test ambitious plans while staying collaborative and client-focused.
• Build repeatable practices, tools, and guidance to improve delivery excellence across BCG X.
