Danone Portugal is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager - Supply Chain to guarantee delivery-to-cash processes and align with commercial policies for all customers. You will be the main liaison for Operations & Supply Chain, coordinating with sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure accurate orders and optimized costs.

Key responsibilities include monitoring service levels, driving process improvements, and defining action plans from customer feedback.

Qualificações

• University Degree and 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain: Customer Collaboration, Logistics, Demand and Planning.

Responsabilidades

• Be the internal contact point for sales teams on customer requirements and product changes.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor KPIs related to Service Level and On-Shelf Availability.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients and conduct regular meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Follow up on logistics requirements negotiated with customers to optimize costs.
• Define sales forecasts for new products and promotions.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work with internal teams to anticipate needs and implement solutions.
• Define action plans based on customer satisfaction surveys.
