Winning Consulting is seeking a Corporate FX Sales professional to join our team serving corporate clients across Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. The role is onsite, focused on developing relationships, understanding client FX needs and offering hedging and payments solutions.

You will support the full sales cycle, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain a robust client pipeline. Fluent English and Dutch are required; Portuguese is not required.

Qualificações

• Experience in FX sales, corporate sales, treasury sales or similar B2B financial markets roles.
• Previous experience in a bank, FX broker, fintech, payments company or financial services.
• Good understanding of FX products, international payments, hedging needs and corporate client requirements.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Comfortable with proactive client development and phone-based commercial activity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch + English. Portuguese not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market.
• Identify client needs around FX, treasury, international payments and hedging solutions.
• Provide market updates and commercial insights to support client decision-making.
• Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification.
• Coordinate FX transactions and client requests with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality.
• Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams.
• Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions.
