Job summary

Banco Finantia is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead advisory activities, support high-impact transactions, and drive business development initiatives. The role acts as a bridge between strategy, execution and client relationships, requiring extensive leadership and a strong commercial mindset.

You will optimize processes, coordinate teams, implement policies focused on cost control, and oversee budgets and activity plans while originating new projects and managing a growing client

Qualifications

• Degree in Management or Economics with a completed Master's (Finance preferred).
• 7+ years in Corporate Finance/Transaction Services, banking, Big 4 or M&A boutiques.
• Proven leadership and project coordination experience (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and investment evaluation.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with a commercial and results orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, autonomous and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial advisory activities and support high-impact transactions.
• Develop and manage client relationships and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate and develop team activities for efficient operations.
• Implement internal policies with focus on cost control and objectives.
• Prepare activity plans and budgets, propose corrective actions when needed.
• Originate new projects and opportunities, support client acquisition.
• Manage client portfolio and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Structure, analyze and negotiate Corporate Finance transactions (M&A, restructuring, valuation).
• Oversee commercial proposals and legal document processes.
