Job summary

Infraspeak in Porto is seeking an experienced professional to own end-to-end data flows across quote-to-cash, CRM, CPQ, and billing. You will define data ownership, map processes, and design robust integrations between systems.

You will partner with Strategy & Business Operations in the COO area to retire manual work, improve data quality, and ensure the revenue story stays aligned with operations. A hands-on, cross-functional mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles combining process, systems and data.
• Hands-on configuration of business applications (CRM, ERP, CPQ, billing or similar).
• Solid grasp of how systems exchange data (no coding required).
• Process mapping and documentation with strong data analysis for reconciliations and audits.
• Financial literacy: understand how contracts become recurring revenue, invoices and cash.
• Degree in engineering or quantitative field, or equivalent.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Draw the map of data ownership across product, sales and finance, and how data moves.
• Own the data model and set shared definitions for one source of truth.
• Design integrations using native connectors, APIs and low-code tools.
• Retire manual work by optimizing handoffs and revenue risk areas.
• Close data gaps and reconcile usage and billing.
• Set up routines to monitor data quality and check changes before go-live.
