Infraspeak, headquartered in Porto, Portugal, is building a unified platform for facilities management. We are seeking a Strategy & Business Operations professional to own how information flows from quote to cash, set data definitions, and design connections across CRM, ERP, CPQ, and billing.

You will work with Finance, Product, and Revenue teams to ensure a cohesive revenue story. You will map systems, govern data, and retire manual work by leveraging AI and automation.

Formación

• 5+ years in roles combining process, systems and data.
• Hands-on configuration of business applications (CRM, ERP, CPQ, billing).
• Solid grasp of how systems exchange data.
• Process mapping and documentation.
• Strong data analysis for reconciliations and audits.
• Financial literacy: recurring revenue, invoices and cash.
• Degree in engineering/management/economics or quantified field.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Define data ownership and data flow from quote to cash.
• Maintain a single source of truth for data definitions.
• Build integrations with native connectors, APIs and low-code tools.
• Preserve pricing, entitlements and contract terms across handoffs.
• Automate reconciliation of usage and billing.
• Monitor data quality and fix root causes before go-live.
