Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, seeks a Senior Data Architect for a hybrid role in Porto. The candidate will shape enterprise data architectures, govern data products and contracts, and guide end-to-end data integrations across systems and consumers.

The ideal profile includes 4+ years in data roles, strong modelling skills, and familiarity with data governance. Experience with SAP or payments sectors is a plus. Join a growing, people-centered IT consulting partner.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Data Engineering, Modelling or Architecture with at least 2 years in a Data or Solution Architect role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture and data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Experience designing reusable, domain-driven data products and defining data contracts.
• Understanding end-to-end data integrations between source systems, data products and consumers.
• Familiarity with metadata catalogues, business glossaries, data lineage, data stewardship and data quality.
• Ability to lead requirements workshops, assess trade-offs and communicate architectural decisions.
