Qualificações

• Ability to manage medium-sized projects.
• Significant experience in Business Improvement.
• Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify business information needs and issues, brand/market evaluation, and interpretation.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends.
• Provide performance data to sales leadership.
• Support operation of the sales force driving the right adoption of NextGen channel mix.
• Manage strategic projects resulting in improved sales force efficiency.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Effectively apply AZ methodology and enforce project standards.
• Manage Business Units Leadership Team expectations.
• Responsibilities may include market research, incentives/quotas, targeting/alignments, project management, change management, digital strategy, budget control.
