Meller is opening its first Porto store and seeks an energetic Store Manager to lead the team and deliver a unique in-store experience for an international customer base.

You will oversee daily operations from inventory to promotions, set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and drive growth through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and represent the Meller brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience.

• Turn the store into a space of connection with the full Meller vibe.
• Oversee daily operations from inventory to visual standards and store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance).
• Monitor stock levels, make adjustments, and maintain an organized, attractive store.
• Ensure promotions and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
• Bring proactive ideas to help the store and brand evolve.

Your role

• Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual standards, ensuring smooth store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance).

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role with team management.
• Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions using KPIs and sales reports.
• Passion for fashion and a strong interest in the product.
• High level of English, comfortable with international customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales and KPI analysis.
