Coach, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a Lead Supervisor in Alcochete to drive sales, lead brand standards, and mentor a high-performing sales team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding Coach values and store operations.

You will monitor performance, support recruiting, and implement initiatives to grow in-store results and team capability. This position requires on-site work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience at Lead Supervisor level in a competitive retail space.
• Ability to lead on-floor operations and drive sales targets.
• Comfort with evaluating team performance and providing feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve targets.
• Monitor sales data, identify trends and coach the team to improve.
• Recruit and train staff; provide feedback to improve performance.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliant store operations.
