Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Fleet Management: Manage vehicle availability, maintenance, condition, and utilization.
• Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate rentals, returns, and cleaning to optimize throughput.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff; schedule shifts.
• Sales & Budget: Monitor sales targets, upsell services, and control costs for profitability.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and documentation requirements.
