Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a senior product designer to lead end-to-end design for a large-scale, mobile-first consumer product. You'll ship features from concept to launch, partnering with Design, Product and founders in a fully remote team.

You'll drive chat experiences, character creation, monetisation and growth flows, applying advanced Figma and prototyping skills. Expect high ownership and the opportunity to influence new interaction models at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end consumer product design experience.
• A track record of designing and shipping mobile-first products at scale.
• Proven 01 experience, taking products or major features from idea to launch.
• Strong strategic product thinking combined with elite visual execution.
• A portfolio of polished, modern, high-quality UI from real consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design across chat experiences, character creation, monetisation and growth flows.
• Design emerging product surfaces, including live and interactive features and AI video experiences.
• Take 01 ideas from early concept to polished, shipped product.
• Translate strategic product thinking into high-quality visual and interaction design.
• Design mobile-first experiences for a large-scale consumer product.
• Build polished interfaces, interactions and prototypes.
• Work across the full design process, from discovery and concept through to execution and iteration.
• Partner closely with the Design Lead, Product Managers and founders.
• Operate autonomously and own entire product surfaces.
• Contribute to an environment where new interaction models are developed frequently.
