Paymentology is building a new strategic card issuing platform and seeks a Staff Engineer to lead backend design, architecture and cross-team initiatives. You will mentor engineers, shape long-term technical direction and help ensure reliability at global scale.
You will work with Product, Engineering and Operations to set roadmaps, drive architectural decisions and raise testing and observability standards across teams, while coordinating with SMEs globally.
