Decskill, a growing IT consulting firm, seeks an SRE & Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator to join our Lisbon team. You will provide 24/7 production support, manage incidents, monitor systems, and collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Cloud and Support teams.

We expect 5+ years in IT operations or software engineering, 2+ years cloud experience, strong Linux/CLI, and hands-on with Ansible, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes. On-call rotations and DR activities are part of the role.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support or Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of Cloud experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Ansible and Docker.
• Good knowledge of Linux and CLI.
• Experience with Shell/Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, particularly Jenkins, Travis or Concourse.
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and/or IBM Cloud.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Incident Management.
• Experience in critical production environments, preferably Banking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 support and escape critical issues when required.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes.

• Knowledge of CI/CD, particularly Jenkins, Travis or Concourse.
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and/or IBM Cloud.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Incident Management.
• Experience in critical production environments, preferably Banking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Core Banking Operations.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery / Live Play.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• RH294, CKAD or DO374 certifications.
• Terraform Associate / Vault Associate certifications.
