JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a Polish & English bilingual Content Developer to craft and localize B2B content for digital advertising platforms from Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves translating between Polish and English to support our international clients and documentation, with a focus on accuracy and brand voice.

You will deliver multilingual content, support through multiple channels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, actionable information.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native fluency in Polish and strong English (B2/C1).
• Experience in content writing, localization, or digital marketing in a B2B setting is preferred.
• Eligibility: Ukrainian citizens with valid work authorization in Portugal; visa sponsorship not provided.

Content Developer (Polish & English Bilingual) Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation support available)
Job Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Renewable Contract Work
Pattern: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts (Monday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM)

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical advertising services and user-friendly communication, ensuring businesses utilizing our digital platforms receive world-class content, localized support, and documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Localization: Develop, write, and localize B2B support content, guides, and help-center documentation from English to Polish (and vice versa) to support digital advertising services.
• Omnichannel Support: Deliver high-quality assistance via email, live chat, and outbound calls to clarify complex business and advertising tools for clients.
• Multi-Tool Management: Comfortably navigate and work with multiple internal content management systems (CMS) and digital tools simultaneously.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all written materials align with brand voice, linguistic accuracy, and structural clarity.
• B2B Strategy: Convert written inquiries into proactive outbound calls to offer dedicated, high-touch ("white-glove") support regarding services.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Linguistic Expertise: Native or near-native fluency in Polish (written and spoken) and professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1 minimum).
• Experience: Previous experience in content writing, localization, digital marketing, copy editing, or customer support within a technical or B2B framework is highly preferred.
• Technical Savvy: Strong familiarity with social media platforms, family apps, and digital advertising systems.
• Core Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Eligibility: Open strictly to Ukrainian citizens with valid work authorization/temporary protection status in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not supported.
