JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a Polish & English bilingual Content Developer to craft and localize B2B content for digital advertising platforms from Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves translating between Polish and English to support our international clients and documentation, with a focus on accuracy and brand voice.

You will deliver multilingual content, support through multiple channels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, actionable information.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native fluency in Polish and strong English (B2/C1).
• Experience in content writing, localization, or digital marketing in a B2B setting is preferred.
• Eligibility: Ukrainian citizens with valid work authorization in Portugal; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsabilidades

• Content Creation & Localization: develop, write, and localize B2B support content from English to Polish and vice versa.
• Omnichannel Support: assist via email, live chat, and outbound calls to clarify tools for clients.
• Multi-Tool Management: navigate multiple CMS and digital tools.
• Quality Assurance: ensure materials align with brand voice and clarity.
• B2B Strategy: convert inquiries into proactive outbound calls for white-glove support.
