Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is searching for a Content Moderator (Polish + English). Start date: 30 April 2026. Location: Lisbon on-site with 24/7 rotational shifts and two days off per week.

Fluent Polish (C1+) and English (B2+), high attention to detail, and empathy are required. We offer relocation support, a studio in company shared accommodation for up to 12 months, meal allowance and health insurance from day 1.

Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday-Sunday)
Days off: 2 rotational days per week

Your Role

• Review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines
• Identify and assess content that may violate community policies

• Maintain quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Help create a safe and trusted online marketplace experience

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Polish (C1+) and English (B2+)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and good judgment
• Customer-oriented mindset and empathy
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Interest or knowledge in e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Health insurance from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months)
