Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking Spanish-speaking Retail Customer Support Advisors to join our team. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience by assisting customers with retail-related inquiries and providing accurate information.

You will respond in Spanish, handle orders and product questions, and work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a base salary of €950 per month plus a performance bonus of up to €150 and a €7 meal allowance per working day.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (C2), written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
