You will provide excellent customer support, assisting users with payment inquiries. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, previous customer service experience, and the ability to work rotational shifts, including nights. Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service is a MUST.

• EU member state passport or valid residence card for Portugal required.
