Candidates must be locally available or willing to relocate, and bring at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset to ensure satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

• Role: Spanish Customer Support Specialist
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site; candidates must be locally available or willing to relocate independently)
• Schedule: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (Monday-Sunday, 2 rotational days off per week)

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or fluent Spanish, combined with C1-level English (verified via Harver assessment).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience with a track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• Attributes: Strong communication, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
