Amadeus is seeking an Implementation Associate Consultant to support customers in integrating Amadeus solutions. You will gather requirements, run workshops, design high-level solutions, and guide the project to Go Live with acceptance testing and user training.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with developers on configuration and testing. Travel across EMEA is expected, with four days in the office per week.

Qualificações

• Experience in a functional/implementation consultant or business analyst role.
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate with customers.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing mindset.
• Experience with Jira or similar tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers in integration of Amadeus products/solutions.
• Gather functional/non-functional and integration requirements.
• Conduct client workshops to discuss solutions.
• Analyze customer systems and service requirements.
• Design BPMN, use cases and scenarios; validate with dev team.
• Produce high-level design and gap analysis for Amadeus solutions.
• Lead playbacks with client and prepare project documentation.
• Support developers with technical specs and tests.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and inspector app settings.
• Provide input to support area decisions and propose improvements.
• Assist go-live acceptance testing and training for key users.
• Deliver training and hand over to support and maintenance.
• Identify process improvements with FICs for efficiency.
