BI4ALL in Portugal is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Team Lead to guide a group of engineers in delivering high-quality solutions. You will mentor talent, shape technical decisions, and ensure alignment with .NET standards.

You’ll translate client needs into robust architectures, manage delivery timelines, and proactively identify risks. The role requires strong communication and experience leading consulting projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years consulting experience in client-facing or project-based environments.
• At least 2 years as a Team Lead with mentoring responsibilities.
• Proactive, motivated, and highly organized.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, working in client‑facing or project‑based environments.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
• Proactive, motivated, and highly organized.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, MVC, and Razor.
• Strong experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with React.
• Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Web Services (REST and SOAP).
• Experience with cloud architectures, preferably Microsoft Azure.
