A leading marketing services company is seeking a skilled developer for a fully remote position in Portugal. The role involves coding in C#, developing new platform features, and mentoring junior developers in a collaborative, agile environment. Applicants should have over 4 years of experience in coding roles, particularly with ASP.net MVC and .net core. Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional experience in coding and delivery roles, preferably IT-related.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and development tools.
• Experience with ASP.net MVC and .net core projects.
• Ambiente ágil (Scrum).

Responsabilidades

• Develop code based on the defined architecture for platform performance.
• Create new features to enhance user experience.
• Conceptualize solutions to address identified problems.
• Train and mentor junior developers.
• Implementar o algoritmo de produção.
• Realizar e desenvolver testes unitários.
• Acompanhar, treinar e orientar developers júnior.

Key skills and experience

• +4 years' professional experience in code review and delivery roles (preferably in IT areas).
• IT development tools, particularly object-orientated programming in C#
• Experience in projects using ASP.net MVC and .net core
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum methodology)

Main responsibilities

• Developing code in accordance with the defined solution architecture, ensuring maximum performance of the online platform
• Developing new features for the platform, both for internal use and to improve the user experience
• Creating new products and services, developed in coordination with the Product Management department
• Conceptualise solutions to solve problems, being able to present the positive and negative points of the solution
• Implement the production algorithm
• Carry out and develop unit tests on the code
• Accompany, train and monitor the tasks of more junior developers
