Role

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines and ETL processes
• Lead the development of advanced data transformation solutions using Python
• Implement and optimize data models with focus on star schema architecture
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Data Engineers
• Contribute directly to project delivery with hands‑on coding and implementation

Hard Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python required
• Experience with data modeling techniques, particularly star schema design
• Proven ability to create and maintain complex data pipelines
• Working knowledge of CI/CD processes for data applications
• Fluency in English (preferred)

About you

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or related technical field
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with data engineering and analytics projects
• Strong technical leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities with data‑intensive applications
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on implementation capability
