We Are META in Porto is seeking a SNOC Analyst to monitor and support our network and security infrastructure in a hybrid role. You’ll use Grafana, LogicMonitor, and LibreNMS to maintain visibility, detect anomalies, and ensure 24/7 operations.

Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2) is required, with availability for a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in Porto and the ability to work within a distributed team across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for network and security infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, detect anomalies, and maintain infrastructure visibility.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple locations, maintaining clear communication in high‑pressure situations.

Qualifications

• +4 years of experience as a SNOC Analyst
• Proficiency with network monitoring platforms such as Grafana, LogicMonitor, or LibreNMS to track performance, detect anomalies, and maintain infrastructure visibility.
• Solid understanding of core networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, NTP/PTP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS, applied in production environments.
• Ability to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for network and security infrastructure, ensuring continuity and reliability of business‑critical operations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations while maintaining composure and clear communication during high‑pressure operational situations.
• Fluency in English (B2); Fluency in Portuguese (B2)
• Availability for Hybrid model, 3 times a week based in Porto, and for a shift system in a 24/7 operation
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
