Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in SRE, BizOps, Production Support, DevOps, or related role.
• Hands-on CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, and automation.
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or equivalent observability and monitoring tools.
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting, production support, and RCA skills.
• Knowledge of operational readiness, release governance, change management, and risk management.
• Experience supporting distributed applications in production environments.
• Previous on-call support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the stability, availability, and performance of production applications.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and perform RCA.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using Splunk, Dynatrace, or equivalent tools.

• Identify operational risks and contribute to vulnerability management and service improvement.

Experienced Site Reliability Engineer (L8) to support business-critical production applications in a fast-paced environment. 6+ years of hands‑on SRE, DevOps, or production support experience required; Lisbon-based, hybrid role.

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support business-critical applications in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in production support, incident management, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and operational governance.

Location & Contract Requirements

• Candidates must currently be based in Portugal and remain based in Portugal throughout the engagement.
• Candidates must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon.
• Engagement is strictly through Recibos Verdes or an LDA entity.

Key Responsibilities
