Qualifications

• 6+ years of SRE, BizOps, production support or related experience.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, version control, and automation tools.
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Experience with production monitoring using Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of release governance, change management and risk.
• Experience supporting distributed production applications.

Responsibilities

• Support stability, availability and performance of production apps.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues and perform RCA.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Monitor applications/infrastructure with Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Support releases, readiness, and release governance.
• Identify operational risks and contribute to risk management.
• Collaborate with engineering, security and business teams globally.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents.
