Solvay in Portugal is offering a 12-month Site HR Trainee internship within the HR Site and Labor Relations team. You will work on onboarding and offboarding, campus relations, HR reporting, and data analysis to support employees and leadership in a hybrid working environment.

You will learn HR processes in a multinational company, contribute to internal procedures, and help improve employee satisfaction with a focus on collaboration, flexibility, and initiative.

Qualificações

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or similar.
• Any previous experience in HR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding and Offboarding Management.
• Campus Relations Management.
• HR Reports and data analysis.
• Assist and support employees and leadership on their everyday needs.
