Solvay, a pioneering chemical company, invites applications for a Payroll Trainee internship. You will assist with payroll processing, data management, and compliance in a global setting, gaining hands-on experience while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role emphasizes process improvements, reporting, and data validation, with a 12-month internship and hybrid work arrangement. English fluency and analytical abilities are essential, and prior payroll exposure is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and willingness to learn payroll processes and legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Support payroll processing activities, including inputs, timesheet validation, adjustments, deductions, and benefit entries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and confidential employee data.
• Assist with payroll audits, data validation, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide first-line support for payroll inquiries and help with month-end/year-end activities.
