Solvay is seeking a Payroll Trainee in Lisbon, Portugal, to support payroll processing, data management, and compliance within a global HR Services framework. This 12-month internship offers hands-on experience with payroll inputs, validations, and reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.

You will contribute to process improvements, audits, and month-end activities, and gain exposure to payroll systems and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills; eager to learn payroll processes and legislation.
• Prior academic, internship, or project work in data management or administrative activities is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support payroll processing activities, including inputs, timesheet validation, adjustments, deductions, and benefit entries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, data validation, and compliance with policies.
• Provide first-line support for payroll inquiries and assist with month-end and year-end tasks.
• Support payroll reporting, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.
