Metyis in Porto is seeking a Shopify Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our Technology Team. You will provide production support for the B2B Shopify ecommerce platform, ensuring high availability and smooth operations.

You will monitor health, investigate and resolve incidents, and collaborate with business users, developers, QA and infrastructure teams to enable rapid, reliable deployments. English communication is essential.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years in production support for eCommerce platforms.
• Hands-on Shopify production support experience.
• Knowledge of Shopify Admin, APIs, Webhooks, and B2B capabilities.
• Experience troubleshooting REST APIs, JSON payloads, and integration issues.
• Familiarity with Azure services and enterprise integration tools.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting.
• Familiar with ITIL-based incident & problem management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for the Shopify platform, ensuring high availability.
• Monitor application health, integrations, and production environments to resolve issues.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Shopify and integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and document preventive actions.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets in line with SLAs and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, QA and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor data synchronization between Shopify and enterprise backend systems.
• Validate production fixes and deployments while minimizing disruption.
• Support release activities, hypercare and post-release monitoring.
• Create and maintain runbooks and support procedures.
• Participate in on-call support and ensure production readiness for new features.
