Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a ServiceNow L3 Developer to join its hybrid team in Lisbon or Porto.

You will work on ITSM and ITOM, develop integrations, automate processes, and help manage deployments and upgrades while collaborating with onsite and offshore colleagues. Fluent English is required, and you should be available to start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture in multi-module environments.
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM.
• Strong knowledge of scripting, databases, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience building system integrations, automation, and self-service solutions.
• Experience with identity integrations (AD, Azure AD, LDAP).
• Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
• Ability to drive automation for deployment, monitoring, and alerts.
• Supporting ServiceNow upgrades and release coordination.
• Ability to develop support tools, reports, and platform enhancements.

Required skills

• 3–7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture within multi-module environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, XML, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience developing system integrations, process automation, and self-service solutions.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and identity-related integrations.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience driving automation for application support, deployments, monitoring, and alerting.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, coordinating releases, and managing deployment activities.Ability to develop support tools, reports, technical documentation, and platform enhancements.
• Experience working with databases, code repositories, and development tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, IT departments, and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to start ASAP.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, AWS EKS, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• ServiceNow certifications.
• French language skills.
