Elevus Tech is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on delivering transformation projects, translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and coordinating technical activities with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/ Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 1 to 6 years of professional ServiceNow projects or other ITSM solutions.
• Technical knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, Python, and/or PowerShell.
• Experience with integration standards for JDBC, MID Server, REST/SOAP.
• Experience in designing, managing, implementing, and rolling out transformation projects, preferably with ServiceNow.
• Experience in ITSM/ITOM, HRSD, SAM, HAM, and CSM modules is valued.
• ServiceNow CSA, CIS, ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments and cloud certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English; knowledge of another language is valued.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.

• Integrate and actively participate in technology transformation projects, with the possibility of coordinating and supervising teams.
• Plan, execute, and/or coordinate activities independently in the development of project outputs.
• Manage daily client interactions responsibly and within the scope of the role.
• Identify, assess, and solve complex problems within the area of expertise using critical analysis.
• Translate business requirements into development requirements for scalable solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge communities within the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence.
• Support the design and development of project-related documentation.
