Syffer is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to design, configure, and implement ITSM solutions across Workspaces, ITOM, and related modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable platform configurations and integrations.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Portuguese, hold a CSA certification, and bring strong JavaScript/Jelly development experience with Studio and Glide tools.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM and related modules.
• CSA certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and web services integration.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze client requirements and map processes.
• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions including workflows and reports.
• Ensure alignment with best practices and platform standards.
• Coordinate implementations, testing, and data migration.
• Train users and provide technical support.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements.
