Job summary

Vodafone in Portugal is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers to design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow enhancements, scripts, and workflows. You will implement AI-powered capabilities and low-code solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs within a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, science, mathematics, or relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on development experience delivering ServiceNow solutions and SDLC contribution in a collaborative, international environment.
• Strong JavaScript skills and ServiceNow scripting/configuration patterns (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows).
• Nice to have: CSA, CAD, CIS certifications and experience with AI capabilities or large-scale integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow enhancements, scripts, workflows, forms, and configurations.
• Implement AI-powered capabilities and low-code development solutions using ServiceNow and JavaScript best practices.
• Clarify requirements with analysts and stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Support testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and release activities for reliable changes.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, scripts, integrations and support procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, code quality, and platform maintainability.
