Fyld is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Lisbon-based team and deliver scalable enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will develop and configure ServiceNow applications, integrate external systems via REST/SOAP, and build workflows using Flow Designer, while translating business needs into robust technical implementations for enterprise-scale projects.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications.
• Good knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and CMDB.
• Professional experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions.
• Experience developing workflows and automations using Flow Designer.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST or SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, tables and platform architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow application development and customization.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and producing technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
• Fluency in English.
