Fyld is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our Porto team. You will bridge business needs with effective CRM solutions, designing and configuring Salesforce to deliver scalable business value.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce configuration, strong English, and experience with Flow, data migration, and reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to implement high-impact CRM projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as Salesforce Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and core capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules and business processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation capabilities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, relationships and data quality practices.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, project managers and other technical teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories and solution documentation.
• Support testing, UAT, user training and adoption.
• Familiarity with Data Loader and data migration.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related fields
• Proven professional experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core capabilities

Experience Gathering, Analysing And Documenting Business And Functional Requirements

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Hands‑on experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules and business processes
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation capabilities
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, relationships and data quality practices
• Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules
• Understanding of Salesforce security and access control
• Experience with one or more Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements and platform administration
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, project managers and other technical teams
• Experience preparing functional specifications, user stories and solution documentation
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, user training and adoption
• Familiarity with data migration and tools such as Data Loader is valued
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards is valued
• Experience with Salesforce environments, sandboxes and deployment processes is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps/ALM practices is valued
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus
• Fluency in English
