You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver resolutions and contribute to process improvements. Requirements include a graduate degree, at least 1 year in customer service or technical support, and experience with SAP or similar CRM systems.

Qualificações

• Graduate in any stream.
• 1 year or more in Customer Service or Technical Voice Support.
• Experience handling complaints with a focus on timely resolutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and CRM systems.
