VECTOR SYNERGY is seeking a capable project management professional to support the NCI Academy business activities in Oeiras, Portugal. You will apply project management principles to coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of services.

The role involves generating quarterly reports, liaising with Agency Finance on invoices, and contributing to service lifecycle processes in line with agency policies. Experience with international/military contexts is desirable.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in project management or service delivery management including resources (people, budgets, time).
• Analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers.
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using project management principles, processes and tools.
• Generating quarterly reports and liaising with Agency Finance to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time.
• Contributing to service lifecycle processes in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.
