CloudRock is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to provide expert guidance in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday HCM solutions for our customers. You will tailor the system to business needs and ensure adoption of best practices.

You will work directly with clients, clarify requirements, configure modules, build reports, and participate in testing and migration activities. A degree in a technical or business field and 2+ years of Workday experience are expected.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience with 2+ Workday customers.
• Experience configuring at least one other Workday module in addition to Core HCM & Core Compensation.
• Workday Implementer experience with knowledge of Workday methodology and client deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Configure Workday modules and build reports under direction from senior resources.
• Clarify requirements with customers and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Undertake unit testing to ensure configurations meet business needs and troubleshoot issues.
