Job summary

Kantar is seeking a Workday expert to lead our Digital HR platforms and act as the link between business and technology teams. You’ll shape configurations, integrations and usage while collaborating with HR and outsourced partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

You’ll turn requirements into clear designs, manage releases and drive change through training and communications in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Workday experience at enterprise scale across multiple modules.
• Strong integration, security and reporting knowledge.
• Proven ability to bridge business and technology teams.
• Experience managing outsourced partners and delivering in Agile.

Responsibilities

• Act as design authority for Workday across Core HCM, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll integrations and Time and Attendance.
• Build relationships with HR, business units and technical teams; manage competing priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to shape backlog and roadmaps; make scope calls during delivery.
• Manage Workday releases and decide adoption strategy.
• Hold outsource partner to account on quality and cost; drive adoption through change.
• Own risk and cost for Digital HR, including cyber and data security.
