Kantar is seeking a Product Manager for Digital HR to own the definition and delivery of the HR services product strategy. You will lead a team of in-house Product Owners and manage outsourced support, driving innovation and cost-effective delivery.

The role sits within Kantar's Technology Division, with responsibility for design, delivery and operation across Digital HR components such as Workday, acquisition and learning, benefits and payroll, and more.

• Strong ability to gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Proven track record in agile product delivery.
