DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Senior IT Supporter for Blue Yonder/JDA WMS solutions in Lisbon. The role focuses on Dispatcher warehousing system management, WMS infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, logistics, and regional teams.

You will coordinate across internal and external partners to deliver reliable warehouse software operations. The ideal candidate has a 5+ year track record with JDA Dispatcher in multiple domains, strong SQL skills, and a proactive, customer-focused

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, business administration, logistics or a similar discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, ideally in an international environment with strong focus on Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher warehousing system management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with JDA Dispatcher in at least 4 domains: WMS infrastructure support; WMS configuration; Integrator; Very good knowledge in SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Support the WMS infrastructure and related applications (Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher) and ensure smooth operation across multiple partners and teams.
• Coordinate and manage system administration aspects for warehouse applications (EMS, Parcel system) and related IT processes.
• Provide daily technical support for WMS applications and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams, logistics teams, and regional project teams to ensure high-quality run of WMS.
