DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lisbon seeks an experienced Senior IT Specialist for Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS. You will design and enhance monitoring, automation, and self-healing for WMS platforms, ensuring stable production systems and rapid incident resolution.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver requirements, review solutions for standards, and promote automated testing and deployments across regional sites. Knowledge of SQL, Unix/Linux, and APIs is essential.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain IT roles.
• Mandatory experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, SQL and PL SQL.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and Shell scripting.
• Expertise in programming languages (C#, Java, or Python).
• Proven ability to integrate WMS with external applications via APIs or Webservices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and improve monitoring, alerting, and self-healing for WMS platforms.
• Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of production WMS applications; resolve root causes of incidents.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to fulfill requirements using standard warehouse solutions and identify gaps for enhancements.
• Conduct IT Solution Reviews to ensure coding standards and architectural guidelines are followed.
• Promote automated testing, deployment, and validation for WMS solutions.
• Drive standard warehouse solutions for faster, more predictable rollouts across sites.
